Continental Tire seeks a Senior Account Manager to manage OEM customer relationships, drive RFQ processes, and provide commercial leadership on tire development projects. You will work cross-functionally with Controlling, R&D, Global KAMs and regional Directors to develop business cases, negotiate pricing, forecast demand, and ensure timely delivery across regions.

Qualificações
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 7+ years of OE account management or related experience.
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience on OEM projects in international contexts.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
Responsabilidades
- Manage OEM customer relationships and negotiate pricing.
- Lead RFQ processes and develop business cases with cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate with Controlling, R&D, Global KAMs, and regional Directors.
- Ensure on-time delivery and fulfillment while maintaining quality.
- Support strategic planning and long-term customer partnerships.
