Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in organizational development, HR consulting, or related areas.
• Experience leading large-scale organizational effectiveness and transformation initiatives in matrixed environments.
• Expertise in organizational design, strategic workforce planning, change management, and talent intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Own OD product suite end-to-end from design to adoption and continuous improvement.
• Build scalable, self-service resources, templates, and playbooks for HR teams.
• Lead enterprise capability building by coaching HRBPs and leaders.
• Align OD roadmaps with enterprise objectives and talent strategies.
• Partner with change experts to embed change methodologies into transformation efforts.
