Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Lead to drive organizational development initiatives within a new Enterprise Transformation & OD CoE, focusing on enterprise effectiveness, workforce strategy, and capability building.

The role serves as product owner for OD tools, coaches HR and business leaders in change management, shapes CoE strategy, aligns offerings with business goals, and guides large-scale transformations in a complex biopharma environment with hybrid work and ~10% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in HR, business, or related field.
• 10+ years in OD, HR consulting, or change management.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead OD initiatives and CoE programs for enterprise transformation.
• Serve as product owner for OD tools, driving design and adoption.

Role:

• serve as product owner for OD tools and frameworks, driving design, deployment, user adoption, and continuous improvement;
• coach HR and business leaders in OD methodologies and change management;
• contribute to CoE strategy, align OD offerings with business goals, and incorporate emerging practices;
• manage complex, matrixed organizational initiatives and embed change strategies to ensure sustainable adoption.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in HR, business, or related field;
• 10+ years in OD, HR consulting, or change management, with experience managing large-scale transformation projects;
• expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategies;
• strong stakeholder influence, facilitation, and analytical skills;
• experience with establishing a COE preferred.
