Qualifications

• Bachelor's in HR, business, or related field.
• 10+ years in OD, HR consulting, or change management.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead OD initiatives and CoE programs for enterprise transformation.
• Serve as product owner for OD tools, driving design and adoption.
• Coach HR and business leaders in OD methodologies and change management.
