Dow Jones is seeking a Senior Director of AI Operations & Enablement to drive high-impact AI-enabled initiatives across Technology Operations and Product. You will lead complex, end-to-end programs, design scalable operating models, and ship pragmatic AI-powered workflows for a 130-year-old information business.

You will translate executive intent into actionable plans, prototype AI solutions, and establish reusable playbooks.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive tech ops/PM/consulting/transformation experience.
• Proven ownership of enterprise-scale process reengineering.
• Strong systems thinking mentality and business acumen.
• Hands-on fluency with AI tooling to prototype and build.
• Ability to translate technical decisions into business terms.

Responsibilities

• Operate as a strategic force-multiplier across Tech Ops and Product.
• Own and drive critical Tech Ops priorities end-to-end.
• Design target-state operating models to improve speed, quality, and cost.
• Prototype AI-enabled automations and internal tools.
