Job summary

Dow Jones is seeking a Senior Director for AI Operations & Enablement to lead strategic initiatives and hands‑on AI workflow prototyping within Tech Ops. You will translate executive intent into structured plans and outcomes, owning end-to-end delivery in a high-autonomy environment.

You will collaborate with Product, Technology, and business leaders to drive enterprise-wide AI adoption, build scalable operating models, and accelerate value through prototyping and tooling.

Qualifications

15+ years of progressive experience in tech ops, product, program management, or transformation roles.
Demonstrated ownership of enterprise-scale process reengineering.
Ability to translate technical decisions into business terms and vice versa.

Responsibilities

Own and drive critical Tech Ops priorities end-to-end with executive-level judgment.
Lead wholesale process reengineering across Tech Ops and adjacent functions.
Design target-state operating models to improve speed, quality, and cost.
Prototype AI-enabled automations and internal tools with hands-on involvement.
