Hive Group LLC, a HUBZone-certified SDVOSB, seeks a Lead Training Developer to drive OCS training and education products for the Total Force. The role is on-site at Fort Lee, VA and requires an active SECRET clearance, delivering ADDIE-driven curriculum with TRADOC standards.

Responsibilities include leading annual task boards, designing modern training products, and ensuring compliant, timely delivery of materials to the COR and instructors, with enterprise data governance using TD2/TRIMIS.

Formación

• Active SECRET clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 6+ years using Microsoft Office, Office 365, and Adobe Pro.
• 6+ years in military training development, preferably Army TRADOC 350-70-1.
• Experience with Articulate Storyline 360.
• Operational Contract Support experience desired.
• Mastery of TD2 and TRIMIS for enterprise training architectures.
• On-site work at Fort Lee, VA.

Responsabilidades

• Lead reviews of all OCS tasks, products, doctrine, and policy.
• Author recommendation memorandums for training revisions to the COR and OCS Chief.
• Plan, execute, and oversee the annual CTSSB.
• Finalize Critical Task and Learning Requirement Lists and deliver board minutes within 2 working days.
• Direct annual analyses for complex tasks, creating milestone schedules and memos.
• Design and modernize OCS training products including IMI and distance learning.
• Architect delivery schedules aligned to EST values and priorities.
• Lead review for Army Logistics University OCS courses for currency and updates.
• Oversee historical data collection and forecast workload requirements.
• Serve as SME for training data maintenance using TD2 and TRIMIS.
