Job summary

Summit Federal Services, LLC is seeking a Training Developer (OCS Training Development) – Mid/Senior – on site at Fort Lee, VA, with potential CONUS travel. The role uses the ADDIE process to design and develop Army training products supporting Operational Contract Support.

Responsibilities include analyzing training needs, developing training tasks, supporting CTSSB, creating interactive training (eLearning/IMI), and applying TRADOC standards (TR 350-70).

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–6+ years of military training development experience.
• Experience with TRADOC training development processes.
• Proficiency with Articulate Storyline 360 (or similar tools).
• Strong writing and instructional design skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze training needs and recommend course development or revisions.
• Develop individual and collective training tasks.
• Support Critical Task and Site Selection Boards (CTSSB).
• Create interactive training products (including eLearning/IMI).
• Use TRADOC standards (TR 350-70 series) for all deliverables.
• Maintain training workload data and projections.
• Review and update Army Logistics University (ALU) course materials.
