Job summary

Hive Group, a HUBZone-certified SDVOSB and award-winning organization, seeks a Mid-Level Training Developer to support CASCOM (TRADOC Proponent Office for OCS) on-site at Fort Lee, VA. The role involves applying ADDIE, TRADOC standards, and developing OCS training products to meet annual deliverable cycles.

The candidate will work under general supervision, utilize TD2 and TRIMIS, and support critical task boards with strict timelines, including coordination with Course Instructors and the COR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Active SECRET clearance required.
• 4+ years of military/Army training development experience with TR 350-70-series processes.
• Proficiency with Articulate Storyline 360, TD2, and TRIMIS for training data management.
• 6+ years using Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Pro.

Responsibilities

• Review tasks, doctrine, and policy to draft recommended training revisions.
• Conduct annual CTSSB; draft Learning Requirement Lists and board minutes within 2 working days.
• Prepare analyses for individual and collective tasks; draft revision memorandums.
