Job summary

Hive Group LLC is seeking a proactive Functional Analyst to support OCS in CASCOM Headquarters at Fort Lee, VA. The role emphasizes collecting, analyzing, and documenting operational data, leading interviews, and managing surveys to drive lessons learned across the Joint community.

The candidate will leverage JLLIS, OCS frameworks, and MS Office to produce actionable insights, with an active Secret clearance and a Bachelor’s degree as prerequisites.

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as Functional Analyst.
• Minimum of 3 years experience with Joint Lessons Learned System (JLLIS).
• Minimum of 6 years experience using Microsoft Office / Office 365 and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in data collection, analysis and trend identification in military operations.
• Demonstrated understanding of Operational Contract Support (OCS) frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze OCS observations, insights and lessons learned.
• Coordinate and lead interviews with leaders and staff.
• Prepare, execute and analyze targeted OCS surveys.
• Identify trends and recommend DOTMLPF-P solutions.
• Collaborate with Joint community on OCS trends.
• Submit approved items to the Joint OCS Lessons Learned Manager via JLLIS.
• Develop learning demands and essential collection elements.
