Job summary

Hive Group LLC, a HUBZone-certified SDVOSB and federal contractor, seeks a Functional Analyst to support Operational Contract Support (OCS) for CASCOM at Fort Lee, VA. The role focuses on reviewing, analyzing, and documenting processes, lessons learned, and best practices from operations, training, and missions.

The candidate will conduct interviews, manage surveys, identify trends, and collaborate with Joint community stakeholders to deliver timely insights and DOTMLPF-P recommendations.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Security Clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years experience as Functional Analyst.
• 3+ years using Joint Lessons Learned System (JLLIS).
• 6+ years using Microsoft Office, Office 365, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
• 4+ years data collection, analysis, and trend identification in military ops.
• Strong understanding of OCS frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data from OCS observations, OILs, and lessons learned.
• Conduct interviews with leaders and staff to capture operational insights.
• Manage surveys and provide results to COR and leadership.
• Identify trends and recommend DOTMLPF-P solutions to leadership.
• Review OCS trends with Joint community and submit to JLLIS cabinet annually.
• Develop learning demands and essential elements of analysis for focused collection.
