We are seeking an experienced Mid-Level Training Developer to support the US Army Combined Arms Support Command (CASCOM, TRADOC Proponent Office for Operational Contract Support (TPO-OCS).
Located on-site at Fort Lee, VA, this midlevel role is responsible for executing the analysis, design, revision, and development of OCS training and education products for the Total Force. Working under general supervision, the candidate applies the ADDIE process, TRADOC Regulation 350-70, and TRADOC PAM 350-70-1 standards to meet annual deliverable cycles, support critical task boards under strict timelines, and utilize enterprise tools like TD2 and TRIMIS.
This work is to be on-site at Ft Lee, VA and an active Secret security clearance is required. This position is contingent upon award.
The estimated compensation range for this position is between $72,000 and $82,000 annually. Actual salary is determined by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s specialized skills, certifications, and years of experience.
