Base pay range

$100.00/hr - $110.00/hr

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior OCM Consultant for a remote, contract or "contract to hire" position with our New York, NY client. This company has a strong preference for strong business development, RFP creation, consulting, technology implementation experience and project delivery background. We are hiring a Senior OCM Consultant to navigate complex organizational structures to effectively deliver OCM solutions. The right candidate will be able to consult, lead and deliver for key stakeholders across various industries and technology platforms and have a successful track record in contributing to business growth and developing winning proposals. The Senior OCM Consultant will have mentoring and coaching opportunities to ensure project delivery and team success. The Senior OCM Consultant must work well in a team environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines. Portfolio/work samples will be required to proceed.

• Navigate complex organizational structures to effectively deliver OCM solutions
• Contribute to business growth by supporting proposal development and client presentations
• Adhere to project governance and reporting requirements
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand change goals and develop effective adoption strategies
• Lead and manage high-impact OCM initiatives
• Mentor and coach team members to ensure high-quality OCM delivery
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of OCM methodologies and tools
• Develop and implement effective communication and training plans
• Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of OCM deliverables
• Identify and address potential resistance to change

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Relevant OCM certifications (e.g., Prosci, AIP, APMG)
• 7+ years of OCM experience in consulting, preferably technology consulting
• Strong business development, RFP creation, consulting, technology implementation experience and project delivery background
• Previous experience from a Sell/Sales perspective working for clients like Accenture, Deloitte, KPMG, E&Y, IBM
• Candidates should be from a strong IT consulting background, Big-4
• Experience designing and delivering training programs
• Familiarity with project management methodologies
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Strong consulting skills, including strategic thinking and problem-solving
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Optional Qualifications

• Master's degree in Organizational Change Management or related field
• Technical certifications (ITIL, Agile, etc.)
• Process design expertise
• Experience with digital communication and training tools
