Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in change management, transformation leadership, or organizational design.
• Experience leading multi-country OCM programs and large-scale transformations.
• Strong ability to partner with senior executives and C-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Sell and deliver large-scale, complex OCM transition programs across industries and geographies.
• Define and implement integrated change management strategies aligned with business goals.
• Oversee stakeholder engagement, change readiness activities, and adoption measurement frameworks.
• Design and lead leadership engagement initiatives, including executive alignment and communication strategies.
• Coach and develop high-performing teams across multiple grades and geographies.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Contribute to capability development, thought leadership, and business development efforts.
