Responsibilities include guiding executive leaders, designing communications, and driving adoption through learning programs, analytics, and sustained value realization.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of consulting and OCM experience in large-scale transformations.
• Extensive ERP, digital, and cloud transformation leadership (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud, Salesforce, Workday).
• Global SAP S/4HANA transformation leadership experience.
• End-to-end OCM strategies for ERP deployments and digital initiatives.
• Experience at Tier-1 consulting firms and strong tenure across roles.
• Focus on business process transformation, benefits realization, and KPI-driven outcomes.
• Ability to articulate industry-specific transformation case studies and value.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage executive sponsors and partners.
• Influence stakeholders at all levels with clear communication and facilitation.
• Strong written and verbal communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end OCM engagements for global transformation programs.
• Manage executive stakeholder relationships and develop change strategies.
• Develop readiness assessments and adoption plans; tailor interventions.
• Define enterprise-wide change strategies across people, processes, tech, governance.
• Design and execute change communication strategies and campaigns.
• Lead learning, training, and user adoption programs for new systems.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and analytics to track adoption and value.
• Drive sustainment and value realization post-go-live.
• Mentor OCM consultants and contribute to practice growth and innovation.
• Support regional business development, proposals, and client presentations.
• Collaborate across service lines to expand OCM offerings.
