Senior Organizational Change Management Consultant

ABOUT THE JOB
Terillium is seeking a Senior Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to independently lead OCM delivery for enterprise technology and business transformation initiatives.
The ideal candidate is an upbeat, collaborative professional who can thrive in an innovative consulting environment, build trusted client relationships, and translate complex change into practical strategies that prepare, equip, and support people through transformation. This individual will lead the development and execution of people-focused solutions that drive readiness, adoption, and sustained business outcomes.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
- 7+ years of organizational change management experience, including independently leading OCM workstreams for complex, enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience applying structured change management principles and methodologies across the full project lifecycle.
- Experience supporting ERP or other large-scale technology transformations preferred; experience with Oracle Cloud, JD Edwards, or NetSuite is a plus.
- Change management certification, such as Prosci or CCMP, preferred but not required.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, organizational development, communications, human resources, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
PROJECT RESPONSIBILITIES
- Independently lead end-to-end OCM delivery, aligning the change approach and work plan with project objectives, milestones, and risks.
- Conduct organizational readiness, stakeholder, and change impact assessments; translate findings into targeted actions that address adoption risks.
- Develop and execute integrated OCM strategies and plans across communications, stakeholder engagement, sponsorship, training, readiness, adoption, and sustainment.
- Partner with executive sponsors and business leaders to build alignment, strengthen sponsorship, and enable visible, active leadership throughout the change.
- Design and activate change champion or change network strategies that extend engagement, feedback, and local support across the organization.
- Develop clear, audience-specific communications and engagement activities that build awareness, understanding, and commitment.
- Lead training needs analysis and learning strategy development, including role-based learning plans, curriculum design, delivery approaches, and adoption support.
- Establish readiness and adoption measures, analyze feedback and performance data, and recommend actions to improve outcomes.
- Facilitate executive interviews, workshops, focus groups, assessments, and client working sessions with confidence and credibility.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, functional consultants, technical teams, and client resources to integrate OCM activities into the overall project plan.
- Identify emerging people-related risks, issues, and resistance; develop practical mitigation strategies and communicate recommendations to client and project leadership.
- Help clients navigate the human side of AI adoption, readiness, communication, and capability building, while incorporating AI-enabled methods into Terillium's own OCM delivery.
- Produce high-quality client deliverables and clearly communicate insights, recommendations, status, risks, and decisions to stakeholders at all levels.
- Support OCM proposals, sales pursuits, scoping, estimates, thought leadership, and continued development of Terillium’s OCM practice and methodologies.
- Contribute change management support to internal Terillium programs and initiatives, extending the practice's expertise beyond client engagements.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior OCM team members when assigned to the engagement.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven ability to lead OCM delivery independently while working collaboratively within an integrated project team.
- Strong executive presence, facilitation, consulting, relationship management, and written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to connect organizational strategy and project decisions to the practical impacts experienced by leaders, managers, and employees.
- Demonstrated judgment, adaptability, and problem-solving skills in complex or evolving project environments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain attention to detail, and deliver high-quality work within project timelines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
