Job summary

Argano is seeking a Senior OCM Consultant to lead the change management workstream on complex client engagements, coaching executives and shaping strategies, plans, and interventions that drive adoption.

You will manage engagements across ERP implementations, operating model redesigns, and post‑merger integration, collaborating with sponsors and business leaders to ensure successful change adoption and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on organizational change management on enterprise programs.
• Experience coaching senior executives as OCM advisors, not only communications or training.
• Proven ability to influence across levels from frontline to C-suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of change management strategies and plans.
• Develop stakeholder analysis and engagement plans with sponsors and champions.
• Coach executives, craft messaging frameworks, and support leadership moments.
• Drive end-to-end communications, training, and sustainment activities.
