Presidio is seeking a Senior OCM Consultant to lead change management within our National Total Experience Practice. You will shape change strategies, engage stakeholders, and guide multi-team efforts through complex technology migrations.

The role emphasizes ADKAR/OCM frameworks, communication and training design, and driving adoption of AI, collaboration tools, and enterprise solutions across client environments.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience with ADKAR methodologies and other OCM Frameworks.
• Experience with large-scale technology migration projects.
• Familiarity with Agile, KANBAN and SCRUM project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with Jira and Miro collaboration tools.
• Prosci certification or similar change management certification is a plus, such as ACMP.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute change management strategies that address client leadership and stakeholders during technology changes.
• Provide thought leadership and guidance, sharing best practices and industry insights to help stalled customers progress through migrations.
• Assess change readiness, conduct impact analyses, and identify risks and resistance to change.
• Develop communication and training plans with multi-channel materials to keep stakeholders informed and skilled.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement to gain awareness, understanding, buy‑in, and support for technology changes.
• Monitor and measure change progress, gather metrics, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, IT support, OCM, marketing, PM, HR) for alignment.
• Identify and mitigate people-related risks related to technology implementations.
• Ensure successful adoption of new technologies by mobilizing change networks and engaging senior sponsors.
• Design and deliver user adoption training and prepare change champions to drive adoption.
• Stay up to date with Digital and Productivity tech and Enterprise Architecture concepts in OCM.
