• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor the Ocean Import team.
• Oversee end-to-end ocean import process from booking through delivery.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs regulations and company procedures.
• Build relationships with customers, carriers, overseas agents, and vendors.
• Resolve shipment issues and provide proactive client communication.
• Monitor department performance, profitability, and service levels.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customs Brokerage, Accounting and Operations.
• Drive process improvements and ensure accurate billing and documentation.
