Job summary

Anduril Industries in Southern California is seeking an experienced Occupancy Space Planner to forecast and manage how people occupy office space. You will align headcount with space supply, build scenarios, and ensure real-time accuracy of space data.

You will partner with HR, Facilities, and leaders to plan seating, analyze utilization, and support mergers or reorganizations, with a focus on scalable, agile space strategies and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in occupancy planning, corporate real estate, space planning, or workplace strategy.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with data accuracy.
• Familiarity with space management tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with large data sets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Track seating assignments, occupancy, and future headcount needs with HR, Leaders, and Facilities.
• Develop stack plans, occupancy forecasts, and test fits to support growth and reorganizations.
• Maintain space data integrity in space management software, including allocations and moves.
• Coordinate seating changes and moves with the workplace team.
• Analyze space utilization trends and report findings to senior leadership and Real Estate teams.
• Maintain occupancy layers in AutoCAD and align with floor plan standards.
• Support space planning during mergers, acquisitions, and organizational changes.
