Job summary

Snowflake is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer for Observe to be the technical resource for the Sales team, driving technical closure through demonstrations, POCs, and value delivery in customers' environments. You will partner with Account Executives, own technical storytelling, and provide feedback to Product and Engineering, while traveling to client sites and events as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/engineering.
• 5+ years as Sales Engineer or Solutions Architect in software.
• Deep practical knowledge of Observability (metrics, logging, tracing).
• Familiar with cloud-native tech and major clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth technical discovery and tailor product demonstrations.
• Design and manage Proofs of Concepts and document findings.
• Partner with Account Executives to execute technical sales strategies.
• Serve as voice of the customer to Product/Engineering with feedback.
• Develop technical sales collateral and deliver sales training.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and events.
