Job summary

Snowflake is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer for Observe to serve as the primary technical resource for the Sales team. You will drive technical closure by demonstrating Observe’s value, conducting deep technical demos, and guiding customers through POCs.

Ideal candidates have deep observability knowledge, strong communication, and experience with cloud-native tech. Travel to client sites and events is required, with Snowflake’s comprehensive benefit package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years as Sales Engineer or Solutions Architect in software.
• Deep understanding of observability concepts and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and deliver product demonstrations.
• Design and manage POCs to prove value in customers' environments.
• Support sales with technical strategy throughout the cycle.
• Provide customer feedback to product and engineering teams.
• Create technical sales collateral and deliver training.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Solutions Architect

Strong verbal and written communication skills
