Snowflake is hiring a Sales Engineer/Solutions Architect to drive technical discovery, POCs, and customer value in observability offerings. You will partner with the sales team, translate complex telemetry concepts for diverse audiences, and contribute to product feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years as Sales Engineer or Solutions Architect in software.
• Deep technical understanding of observability concepts (metrics, logging, tracing) and tools (Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, Grafana, ELK Stack).
• Familiarity with cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, Docker, Microservices) and major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong verbal and written communication, with ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsabilités

• Conduct in-depth technical discovery sessions with prospects to understand their observability needs.
• Design, scope and manage POCs demonstrating value in customer environments.
• Partner with Account Executives to develop technical sales strategies and act as SME throughout the sales cycle.
• Provide feedback to Product Management and Engineering on capabilities and market needs.
• Develop and maintain technical sales collateral and deliver training to the sales organization.
• Travel to client sites and industry events as required.
