Qualifications

• Current registered nurse license in the state of employment.
• BSN preferred; health administration degree preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of OBRA, Joint Commission and state rules/regulations.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Computer and word processing skills.
• Two years of clinical nursing experience in acute care; four years in nursing administration.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and execute administrative, nursing and resident care policies.
• Ensure compliance with government and accrediting standards for Nursing.
• Direct systems and programs to meet regulatory standards.
• Plan and implement high-quality patient/resident care.
