Job summary

COMMUNITY HEALTH OF SOUTH FLORIDA INC in Miami, FL is seeking a Regional Nurse Manager to lead clinical operations across multiple locations. This role manages Medical Assistants, LPNs, and RNs, ensuring quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and outstanding service.

Strong leadership is required for onboarding, training, and ongoing staff development. Minimum BSN, at least five years as an RN with progressive nursing leadership experience, and active Florida RN license with CPR

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN).
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive nursing leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Quality of Care oversight and ensuring high patient care standards.
• Review records of nurses supervised to ensure quality and safety.
• Shadow nurses to observe the quality of care provided.
• Complete patient tracers using checklists at assigned sites monthly.
• Report results of tracers to supervisor and appropriate committees.
• Implement strategies from performance improvement and population health teams.
• Ensure compliance with HRSA, Joint Commission, OSHA, HIPAA, and state regulations.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve clinical quality and patient safety.
• Direct care through scheduled nurse visits and collaboration with the clinical team.
