The role oversees daily operations, supervises staff, manages budgets, and partners with families and the community to uphold high standards. The ideal candidate holds a Florida NHA license, a relevant degree, and proven leadership in skilled nursing settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Valid Nursing Home Administrator license in Florida.
• Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role within long-term care or skilled nursing.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations for nursing homes.
• Proven track record in facility management and staff leadership.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting experience.

Responsibilities
