Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership to the facility and oversee all operations, including resident care, personnel management, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure residents receive high-quality care and monitor quality of care with best practices in nursing home management.
• Stay up to date with local, state, and federal regulations and ensure compliance.
• Develop and manage the facility's budget and monitor financial performance.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff; promote staff development and retention.
• Establish and maintain relationships with residents, families, and the local community; act as spokesperson for the facility.
• Develop and implement emergency preparedness plans to ensure safety of residents and staff.
