Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Skilled Nursing Administrator to provide overall leadership and operational oversight of our Skilled Nursing Center, ensuring compliance, clinical excellence and strong financial performance.

In this role you will develop policies, oversee care planning and MDS processes, manage budgets and staffing, participate in surveys, and collaborate with leadership to drive quality and engagement across the center.

Qualifications

• Leadership and operational oversight of the Skilled Nursing Center
• Compliance with federal, state and local regulations and Sunrise standards
• Drive clinical excellence, regulatory compliance and financial performance

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the Skilled Nursing Center in alignment with regulatory and Sunrise standards
• Develop, update and enforce policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality care
• Oversee care planning, MDS processes and coordination of resident services
• Prepare for and participate in surveys and regulatory inspections
• Address resident and family concerns promptly and professionally
• Monitor medication administration and treatment schedules for accuracy and safety
• Manage department budget, labor and financial performance
• Lead recruitment, staffing, performance management and team development
• Partner with leadership to drive engagement, quality improvement and operational excellence
