The role emphasizes strong leadership, staff mentorship, and effective financial and program management to support residents and families in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Nursing Home Administrator in good standing.
• Must speak and understand English.
• Previous supervisory experience in a hospital or long-term care facility.
• Patience, tact, enthusiasm and positive attitude toward the elderly.

Responsibilities

• Lead facility operations, ensure care services meet regulatory and quality standards.
• Recruit, supervise, schedule staff; develop job descriptions and evaluations.
• Plan and monitor budgets, purchasing, and financial records.
• Maintain residents' rights, dignity, confidentiality, and activity programs.
