The administrator will oversee admissions, billing, and financial operations, represent the facility in the community, and ensure high-quality resident

Qualifications

• Current Administrator license from the applicable state agency.
• Deep understanding of nursing home regulations and the survey process.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, expense control, and revenue enhancement.
• Marketing and ancillary service management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility operations and ensure policy alignment with standards and regulations.
• Lead and develop staff, including recruitment, orientation, training, and retention.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness for state and federal guidelines.
• Manage admissions, billing, receivables/payables, payroll, and other financial aspects.
• Drive community relations and marketing efforts to promote services and engagement.
• Enhance resident services across therapeutic, recreational, and rehabilitative programs.
• Maintain a safe, comfortable environment meeting nutritional and wellness needs.
