Apploi is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead our facility operations, ensuring quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and financial performance. You will direct budgeting, staffing, and marketing efforts while maintaining high morale and staff retention.

The role requires a current IL LNHA license, strong knowledge of regulations, and the ability to coordinate across departments. Excellent communication and leadership are essential for success in this on-site position.

Qualificações

• Must hold a current Licensed Nursing Home Administrator license in Illinois.
• Minimum two years of applicable management experience in a long-term care setting.
• Strong knowledge of state, federal and local regulations for long-term care.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsabilidades

• Directs overall operation of the facility to meet resident needs and regulatory requirements.
• Plan and monitor budgets, staffing, and business office activities.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to maximize census and payer mix.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, compliance programs and Code of Conduct.
• Oversee education, training, and staff performance, including on-call availability.
