Qualifications

• Must have earned an advanced degree in nuclear engineering or a physical science.
• Must have hands-on nuclear weapon science experience.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills; reading comprehension at academic level 15+.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior DOE management on nuclear weapons topics.
• Lead working groups and develop white papers and presentations.
• Prepare classification guidance and declassification policy documents per DOE procedures.
