Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have an advanced degree in nuclear engineering or a physical science.
• Minimum ten years of total field experience in nuclear weapons.
• Must hold or be eligible for DoD TS clearance or DOE Q clearance.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills; ability to read complex technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior DOE management on nuclear weapons issues and policy implications.
• Lead working groups and develop white papers and presentations.
• Prepare classification guidance and declassification policy documents per RD/FRD/NSI/UCNI rules.
