Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Lead Auditor to own the audit program under our nuclear quality assurance framework, aligned to ASME NQA-1. You plan the annual audit schedule, lead internal and supplier audits, write reports, and verify corrective actions to closure.

You will work with a team of auditors and specialists, maintain qualification records, and ensure independence from the work audited. Travel to project sites and facilities is required.

Qualifications

• Current qualification as an NQA-1 Lead Auditor, or qualifiable within 90 days.
• 5+ years in nuclear quality assurance with hands-on auditing experience.
• Experience auditing to 10 CFR 50 Appendix B, 10 CFR 21, and NQA-1.

Responsibilities

• Plan and maintain the audit schedule for the nuclear QA program.
• Lead audits end to end and supervise auditors and specialists.
• Evaluate and audit suppliers of safety-related items and services.
• Maintain qualification records and support audits of the program.
