Construction Material Testing seeks a Lead Auditor to own the audit program under our nuclear QA framework, aligning with ASME NQA-1. You’ll plan annual audits, lead internal and supplier audits, and write reports while ensuring corrective actions close with evidence.

You will manage qualification records, deliver findings to licensees, and support external audits. The role requires travel and independent oversight across projects and facilities.

Competenze

• Current qualification as an NQA-1 Lead Auditor, or qualifiable within 90 days: training in auditing, participation in audits, and a written exam per NQA-1 Part II Subpart 2.23.

Mansioni

• Plan and maintain the audit schedule for the nuclear QA program, including internal audits of NQA-1 requirements and supplier audits.
• Lead audits end to end — notification, checklist, entrance meeting, objective evidence, findings, exit meeting, report — and supervise auditors and technical specialists.
• Evaluate and audit suppliers of safety-related items and services; recommend additions, conditions, and removals from the approved supplier list.
• Classify findings, issue corrective-action requests, verify effectiveness, and close them with objective evidence.
• Maintain lead-auditor and auditor qualification records and support owner, licensee, and NUPIC-style audits of the program.
