Job summary

Crane Clean Energy Center seeks an experienced Nuclear Project Manager or Maintenance Project Manager to guide a key site project through Spring 2027.

Ideal candidates have a strong nuclear maintenance background, with proven success managing projects in Reactor Building or radioactive areas. You will own the project, coordinate across site organizations, resolve issues, and drive work from planning to completion.

Qualifications

• Commercial nuclear power plant experience.
• Proven experience as Nuclear Project Manager or Maintenance Manager or similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to drive projects through completion.
• Experience coordinating multiple site organizations to execute complex work.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance/project activities from planning through execution and closeout.
• Drive project schedules, milestones, priorities, and deliverables.
• Support planning and execution of work within Reactor Building and radioactive areas.
• Identify and resolve issues that could impact schedule or execution.
• Provide clear and timely project status updates to site leadership.
• Ensure work complies with site procedures, nuclear standards, and safety expectations.
