Job summary

Blue United Sourcing LLC in Toledo, OH, is seeking a Senior Manager of Major Projects to direct a large nuclear capital upgrade program onsite. You will coordinate with engineering, operations, and EPC/OEM partners to deliver hundreds of plant modifications safely, on schedule, and on budget.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in nuclear industries, PMP certification, and a proven track record leading multi-disciplinary teams in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• PMP certification required.
• At least 10 years of nuclear industry experience.
• 5+ years of leadership/organizational management experience.
• Experience delivering large-scale, complex capital projects as a lead PM.
• Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage execution of major capital upgrade projects from design through implementation, ensuring safety, budget, schedule, and quality requirements are met.
• Lead all project managers, coordinators, and controls staff, with 10–15 direct reports.
• Define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria with the site engineering team.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver system upgrades on time.
• Oversee budgets and resource plans with strict cost and schedule controls.
• Manage large contractor workforce during peak execution.
• Identify and manage risks to support regulatory approvals and milestones.
• Provide regular status updates to project and executive leadership.
