Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience in nuclear or heavily regulated environments.
• Experience with Primavera P6, NEO, and Excel.
• Willingness to travel to other nuclear sites for outages.

About the role: Location: Jensen Beach, FL 34957 (No Per Diem) – St. Lucie Nuclear Plant, Florida. This is a 1‑year contract assignment (W‑2).

We are looking for a Project Manager – Nuclear to lead and support projects that vary in scope, resource requirements, and timelines. The role involves maintaining project momentum, surfacing problems and recommendations, reporting status, and controlling costs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects to ensure completion by schedule date.
• Create plans, cost analysis, schedules, estimations, and reports to communicate project deliverables and status.
• Coordinate engineering, construction and other functional resources to achieve project goals.
• Lead and coach schedulers, cost engineers and estimators regarding project significance.
• Manage all related project controls and systems to support development tasks.

Qualifications

Must have experience with P‑6, NEO, and Excel. A willingness to travel to other nuclear sites periodically for outages or planned projects is required.

Specific Projects

• Integrated reactor head replacement.
• Turbine Gantry Crane full replacements – both units will be replaced in stages.
• Condenser replacements – both units will be replaced in stages.
• Additional opportunity for candidates with condenser replacement experience.
