Job summary

NuScale Power, LLC in Houston, TX is seeking a Project Manager to lead NuScale Small Modular Reactor projects, coordinating diverse teams across engineering, procurement, and construction to meet customer requirements, schedule, cost, and quality targets.

You will manage baseline and EVMS, provide weekly status, and develop project execution strategies with emphasis on safety culture and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of project management experience with high complexity.
• Must demonstrate PMI PMBOK principles and ANSI EIA-748-C EVMS practices.
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in nuclear design/development environment.
• DOE 10 CFR Part 810 eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall planning and execution of project activities.
• Document and maintain the approved baseline, EV planning and strategy.
• Interface with discipline managers and teams to share priorities.
• Identify and resolve project problems with effective risk management.
• Provide weekly/monthly status reports on performance, schedule and cost.
• Authorize work and assign resources for project execution.
• Develop and maintain project-specific plans and procedures.
• Maintain high quality and timely completion of tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
