Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a technical field with 7 years of power plant experience.
• Senior Reactor Operator license with 7 years of nuclear experience.
• Associate's degree with 9 years of power plant experience.
• High school diploma/GED with 11 years of power plant experience.
• Maintain minimum access requirements or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and/or testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed, accurate schedules and reports.
• Coordinate outage plans and ensure safety and compliance.
• Create work windows and contingency plans with leads and engineers.
• Facilitate scheduling meetings for pre-planning and execution.
• Oversight of schedule reviews and team coordination.
• Provide direction to schedulers and planners for outage plan execution.
• Support risk screening per outage risk management.
• All other duties per company policy or as directed by management.
