Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher with extensive nuclear power plant experience.
• Senior Reactor Operator license or equivalent nuclear leadership experience.
• Strong background in outage planning and maintenance work management.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional outage activities.

• Direct detailed outage schedule development to meet safety and procedure goals.
• Coordinate with departments for pre-outage readiness and execution.
• Lead Shutdown Safety Program development and implementation.
• Oversee outage plan execution and risk screening.
• Develop and maintain outage templates and lessons learned.
• Provide guidance to planners, schedulers, and technical teams.
• Support outage readiness reviews and executive briefings.
