Job summary

Constellation Energy Corp. is seeking a seasoned outage planning professional to direct detailed outage schedules for nuclear units, ensuring technical specifications compliance and ALARA safety.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, maintenance, and operations to implement robust outage plans and safety programs. The role requires extensive power plant experience and a current or prior Senior Reactor Operator credential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or technical degree with extensive power plant experience and nuclear exposure.
• Senior Reactor Operator license or equivalent nuclear credentials preferred.
• Strong background in outage planning, scheduling and safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate outage schedule development to meet technical specifications.
• Lead horizontal/vertical schedule reviews and ensure safety compliance.
• Guide outage planners, schedulers, and teams for plan execution.
• Oversee Shutdown Safety Program development and implementation.
• Coordinate risk screening to support outage risk management.
• Develop and maintain outage plans and training for OCC.
• Prepare materials for outage readiness and executive reviews.
• Capture lessons learned and perform gap analyses.
