Job summary

Constellation is seeking a senior supervisor to lead Outage Planning and Services (OP&S) operations, coordinating maintenance activities to ensure safety, reliability, and efficiency at a nuclear facility in Cordova, Illinois. • Bachelor's degree in engineering with 5 years of industry experience or 3 years in Constellation Reactor Services
• Senior Reactor Operator license with 5 years of industry experience or 3 years of Constellation Reactor Services experience
• Associates/non-technical 4-year degree with 7 years of industry experience or 5 years of Constellation Reactor Services experience
• High school diploma/GED with 9 years of industry experience or 7 years Constellation Reactor Services experience

Responsibilities

• Supervise craft personnel to ensure safe, effective maintenance by qualified workers and in accordance with NRC regulations and center schedule.
• Participate in planning, scheduling, and engineering meetings for outage activities to ensure proper work assignment and readiness.
• Communicate plant and personnel issues to OP&S and station management; foster open collaboration with internal and external organizations.
• Administer coaching, mentoring, and performance management for assigned employees and communicate programs and policies.
• Support training, surveillance, corrective action programs, and continual improvement of company and center goals.
