Job summary

Constellation, a leading energy company, seeks a Scheduler to coordinate forced, planned, and refuel outage schedules, focusing on activity, logic, resources, and constraints within the scheduling tool. You will develop and maintain accurate schedules with peer schedulers, system engineers, and outage specialists, facilitating pre-planning meetings and ensuring cross-department communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in engineering or technical discipline with 3 years related experience.
• Senior Reactor Operator license with 3 years related experience.
• Associate's degree (technical) with 5 years related experience.
• High school diploma/GED with 7 years related experience.
• Maintain access requirements and favorable medical exam/testing per position duties.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed, accurate, and usable schedules and reports.
• Develop work windows and contingency plans with Leads, Engineers, and Planners.
• Facilitate scheduling meetings for pre-planning, implementing, and critiquing schedules.
• Ensure open communications between all departments, specialized teams, and system engineers.
• Identify and implement enhancements to outage development and execution processes.
• Perform other job assignments and duties as directed by management or per company policy, including emergency response and outage support.
