Job summary

ACS Professional Staffing is seeking a Senior Implementation Manager to provide technical leadership for complex mechanical projects at a Richland, WA facility. This on-site, contract role requires reviewing plans, schedules, risk strategies, and testing programs while driving safe, cost-effective execution.

Qualified candidates will have extensive nuclear plant operations experience, strong ASME knowledge, and proven ability to lead project execution in a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree with 10+ years mechanical experience in nuclear/regulated environments.
• Experience at commercial nuclear power plants and refueling outages.
• Strong knowledge of ASME codes and project management tools.
• Experience reviewing work packages and testing plans; able to lead execution.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and governance for Mechanical Enterprise Risk Projects.
• Review schedules, risk registers, budgets, and resource plans for accuracy.
• Identify schedule improvements and reduction of execution risks.
• Ensure compliance with work management processes and QA programs.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and validation plans for project activities.
• Coordinate internal and vendor resources to resolve challenges.
