Job summary

ACS Professional Staffing is seeking a Nuclear Project Manager I in Richland, WA for a hybrid role. You will lead capital projects supporting refueling outages, outages, and online maintenance, ensuring safety, quality, and budget adherence.

You will manage cross-functional teams, schedules, budgets, and vendor relations, with emphasis on ALARA, nuclear safety, and regulatory compliance. PMP certification and extensive outage experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 14 years of technical experience; or AA/AS with 16 years; or high school with 18 years.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification required.
• Extensive experience managing complex capital projects, outages, or related activities.
• Strong knowledge of planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management and project controls.
• Advanced PM experience at a commercial nuclear plant or similar regulated facility.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage capital projects for refueling outages and online maintenance.
• Plan, schedule, monitor, and control project activities for on-time, on-budget execution.
• Direct project teams of 5-10 personnel and set priorities.
• Oversee procurement, work package development, and vendor coordination.
• Prepare updates and reports for senior leadership and stakeholders.
