Job summary

ACS Professional Staffing is seeking a Senior Implementation Manager - Valve Maintenance for on-site work in Richland, WA. The role requires leading complex nuclear projects, outage planning, and governance to ensure safe, high-quality, and on-schedule delivery.

The ideal candidate has extensive nuclear plant experience, including multiple refueling outages, and advanced knowledge of Primavera P6 and SAP/Asset Suite, with strong leadership and analytical abilities.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or related field with 10+ years nuclear electrical experience.
• Experience on Valve Teams and outages at a commercial nuclear plant.
• Strong knowledge of Asset Management systems like Asset Suite or SAP.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight for Mechanical Enterprise Risk Projects to ensure safe, on-schedule, cost-effective delivery.
• Review project docs to identify schedule improvements, cost reduction, risk mitigation, and quality enhancements.
• Analyze schedules, risk registers, work orders, budgets, and material handling plans.
• Identify errors and risks and recommend corrective actions for successful implementation.
• Validate Work Order Tasks for field execution and ensure compliance with processes.
• Review and improve work packages, instructions, references, acceptance criteria, and testing plans.
• Identify opportunities for mock-ups and simulations to improve readiness and execution.
• Apply industry experience to develop strategies that minimize risk.
• Serve as ASME PIC for Section XI; maintain related knowledge.
• Provide guidance on project strategies, readiness, and execution plans.
• Perform field and shop oversight to ensure progress.
