Job summary

INA Solution is seeking a senior nuclear Licensing & Environmental Consultant to support a new development program in Richland, WA. The role focuses on licensing strategy, NRC submittals, and coordination with reactor vendors, engineering teams, regulators, and leadership.

This long-term contract requires U.S. citizenship, 10+ years of commercial nuclear plant experience, and deep knowledge of PSAR/FSAR, Technical Specifications, and licensing processes, with a track record of delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of commercial nuclear power plant experience in Licensing, Regulatory Affairs, Environmental, or related functions.
• Direct NRC-facing experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of NRC regulations and licensing processes is essential.
• Experience with PSAR/FSAR, Technical Specifications, licensing basis, and regulatory submittals.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and review of PSAR/FSAR, Technical Specifications, and licensing-basis documents.
• Manage NRC licensing and regulatory submittals, responses, and commitments.
• Coordinate with NRC, reactor technology vendors, A/E firms, and internal teams.
• Ensure licensing documents are accurate, compliant, traceable, and audit-ready.
• Support environmental, regulatory, and nuclear program areas including fire protection, emergency preparedness, cybersecurity, radiation protection, security, and ODCM.
