Job summary

Black & Veatch Corporation in Atlanta is seeking a Nuclear Sr Client Account Manager to lead strategic accounts and drive new business opportunities within Tier 2/3 clients. You will coordinate with BV solutions teams to match client needs with market offerings and guide proposals throughout pursuits.

Key focus on building long-term relationships, expanding the client base, and delivering value in a highly competitive energy and infrastructure market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, with technical or business focus; relevant experience may substitute.
• Experience developing, maintaining and executing strategic sales plans.
• History of successful pursuits with complex buying processes and multiple decision makers.
• Firm understanding of competition and differentiators.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts concisely and clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagement activities from identification and opportunity creation to business capture.
• Maintain Client Relationship Management tool with governance for accurate tracking.
• Account management: build and maintain client relationships; develop sector-led key account plans.
• Generate and qualify sales and marketing leads.
• Develop client strategy: segmentation, prioritization, identify key accounts, go-to-market.
• Co-develop marketing strategy with Enterprise Strategy.
• Accountable for overall client satisfaction and conducting client surveys.
• Understand deal highlights: margins, risks, terms and conditions.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities aligned with strategic initiatives.
• Responsible for new client acquisition and expanding existing client base.
