Job summary

Black & Veatch is seeking a Sr Client Account Manager to develop long-term, profitable relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 accounts. You will assess client needs, share information across cross-functional teams, and position BV solutions to meet complex challenges in a competitive market.

You will work with Enterprise Evolution and sales/marketing to strengthen client engagement, drive growth, and improve loyalty while leveraging the company’s ESOP ownership and flexible work options.

Qualifications

• 15–20 years in EPC, incl. 10+ years in sales or project execution.
• Experience selling to large oil and gas, energy, or project developers.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagement from identification to multi-solution opportunities.
• Maintain CRM tools and governance for accurate relationship tracking.
• Develop account strategy and value propositions with account team members.
• Generate and qualify sales and marketing leads.
• Collaborate with marketing and strategy to boost BV reputation as an innovator.
• Ensure overall client satisfaction and conduct satisfaction surveys.
• Understand deal margins, risks, terms, and conditions.
• Plan long-term growth with the Account Director.
